We were so fortunate to have Ben and his team represent us for the sale of my mother's home.  Ben provided professional and knowledgeable service from the get-go.  There was never any pressure.  The property was expertly represented through staging, photography high quality brochures and a dedicated website for the property which included a very thoughtful drone video of the town of Richmond highlighting points of interest!!   All emails and texts are responded to quickly and I never felt that any question was unnecessary.  I highly recommend Ben and his team to anyone in need of a seller / buyer real estate agent. I can't recommend Ben Wightman highly enough. Ben was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. At first we had some hesitation for the staging process has it involved us removing most of our home's content into storage while the stager (Nona) brought their own items in. They also suggested repainting some walls and finish all uncompleted projects around the house. Ben and his team were there to help for the 2 week deadline duration before putting the house for sale with the help of Doug and Ryan. Honestly the house was so beautiful we contemplated keeping it hehehe....The house sold over-asking by over 15% in a slowing market. Overall we were blown away how well Ben walked us trough each step of the way until the SOLD sign was placed on the front lawn. Glad we chose them to help us sell our home. Definitely recommend 100%
